The major problem in the Windows Security Patch update KB5005565 this is the update title that you can see in your windows update history. most of the different build version have different update but the common title you see is KB500XXXX.

Solution:

  1. Click on start an open control panel   (Or you can run Command with Win+R and insert Appwiz.cpl then press enter )
  2.   Click on uninstall program
  3. In left side click View installed updates.
  4. Their you see the all windows update history and you need to delete KB500XXX Security patch update only from both Server side and Client side.
  5. Now try again to connect printer your problem is solved.

Note: When you open the windows update history their you see multiple update of KB500XXX and you have to delete only security patch update otherwise your system file's are corrupted or system crashed.

 Suggestion

This is an temporary solution for old build version of windows you have to reinstall the windows with latest update build version from Microsoft.com but if you are in small organization it easy to solve but it is time wasting process. If you want to solve this issue permanently then you have to install a Network printer in your organization that helps you a lot.
